Engraving Services have a shorter lead time compared to Printing Services. Kindly find the information below :
Garden Home Crystal takes pride in providing quality crystals and workmanship to our customers. All crystals go through a final ‘bathe and shine’ procedure before we ship out our products. All engraving services are done on the crystal surface itself which requires 2 precise settings and care to ensure perfection. All printing services also go through 4 different coatings which requires time and care to ensure your printing lasts a long time on your Crystal Gift.
- [ STANDARD Service] External Engraving orders placed from Monday to Friday by 1:00 PM SGT, will be processed and shipped within (7 business days).
- [ STANDARD Service] Color UV Printing orders placed from Monday to Friday by 1:00 PM SGT, will be processed and shipped within (14 business days).
- [ EXPRESS Service + $30/pc ] External Engraving orders placed from Monday to Friday by 1:00 PM SGT, will be processed and shipped within (3 business days).

Q) What is External Engrave and how do you go about charging for this Service?
A) External engraving is non-colored and appears like etching. A gray-scale effect.

A) Color UV Print is colored printing in CMYK color coding.

- Color UV Print with Unlimited Texts & 1 Photographic Image – $100/surface
Q) What is the difference between Clip-art Images & Photographic Images?
A) Clip-art image refers to vectors & logos. A photographic Image refers to a Photograph.

Kindly provide us with your artwork’s Original Vector File (outline) in a format of either AI/EPS/PDF, after your order has been confirmed.
Kindly provide a high-resolution photo that has a DPI/PPI of 300 or higher for quality Color UV Photo Printing Service.
Alternatively, you may wish to engage our Artwork Designing Service at additional costs.
Artwork Designing Service Fee – $60 – $120/one time, depending on the complexity of your artwork design. Up to 3 artwork design revisions. Any major changes (i.e. Change in concept, subject matter, additional subject matter) will result in additional costs.
Q) What is a Vector File?
A) Vector files are images based on geometric modelling so, in contrast to bitmap, this type of image presents a set of points, curves, lines, and shapes on a grid. It allows users to scale it to any needed size with “resolution independence” without the loss of quality, ensuring that your Engraving/Printing is always precise and clear.

Q) What is Color Plating and how do you go about charging this workmanship?
A) It is a plating workmanship that is done on the base of the Clear Crystal product. It reflects the color of the plating from beneath the crystal for a distinctive visual. Kindly find the below image for reference.

- Buff & Shine Workmanship – $30/surface
- Adhesive UV Ray Glue Workmanship – $30/surface
- Heat Detach Workmanship– $30/surface
