GHCP values our relationship with you and seeks our best effort to offer a return policy on our products excluding engraved or imprinted products that you purchase directly from us. For engraved and imprinted products, these orders are provided on a custom basis. As each award is designed, assembled and personalized with engraving, it is non-returnable once it has been built. We are unable to sell the crystal piece to other customers due to the custom nature of the item in question.
If there is an error on engraving, or other personalization method utilized, that is due to an error on our part, please feel free to contact us. We will correct any errors, or re-engrave with the correction on a new item of similarity. Any spelling errors on the customer part are the responsibility of the customer. As a general policy we do no proof, or spell check text submitted by a customer as there are valid reasons to mis-spell certain words. Our product goes through quality checks to ensure that it is in good condition before it is packed. In the event that you are not satisfied with our product and/or service, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do all we can to put the situation right. Products are classified as having defects if they are received damaged due to a manufacturing fault. We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the online store to be the same as the physical crystal. However, please note that there may be slight variation of color tones based on different computer screens. Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of GHCP’s error, we may at our discretion decide not to repair, replace or refund you for the product. If we do repair and/or replace for you as a gesture of goodwill, we may require you to pay for all reasonable carriage costs and servicing costs at our current standard fees and costs. To return products, our customer service officer will provide you with a “Return Form” for you to include with your return. Please describe as accurately as possible the reason for your dissatisfaction together with photographs of the product’s problem. Thereafter, you must courier the products to this address 1009 Tai Seng Avenue, #01-2640 Singapore 534418 within five (5) days of the date that GHGS issues the “Return Form” to you.
You must return the product to us in its original or equivalent packaging. In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition which differs from the description, the photographs emailed to us and/or the reason stated in the Return Form, we reserve the right not to accept returns and send the product back to you. You are responsible for risk of loss and the courier and handling fees for returning or exchanging the product. To be eligible for exchange to another replacement product, the price of the replacement product must be of the same value or of a higher value (in which case you would simply have to make up the difference).
If the product was damaged during delivery, we will verify every case incident with our delivery service provider team.

Please ensure that someone has attended to you personally or via email. Keep in mind, if your order has already been processed, it may be too late to cancel or change the order.
