Garden Home Crystal takes pride in providing quality crystals and workmanship to our customers. All crystals go through a final ‘bathe and shine’ procedure before we ship out our products. All engraving services are done on the crystal surface itself which requires precise settings and care to ensure perfection. All printing services also goes through 4 different coatings which requires time and care to ensure your printing lasts a long time on your Crystal Gift.
Orders placed from Monday to Friday by 1:00 PM SGT, which doesn’t require engraving services will be processed and shipped within 3-7 business days.
Standard orders placed from Monday to Friday by 1:00 PM SGT, which require engraving services will be processed and shipped within 7-14 business days.
Express orders placed from Monday-Friday by 1:00 PM SGT, which require engraving services will be processed and shipped within 3-7 business days.
Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Collection/Delivery is available Monday-Friday between 10:00 am – 5:00 pm, except public holidays. Option to select your preferred Collection/Delivery date and time at Checkout page. Unfortunately, delivery is unavailable to P.O Box areas and RA zones including hotels.
Figurines & Decorative Objects:
Crystal should be wiped gently with a damp soft cloth and dried with a lint free cloth. Always allow the surface to air and circulate before returning to the crystal surface. Avoid extreme or rapid temperature changes as extreme temperatures can crack or break your crystal. For instance, if you are purchasing crystal glass, avoid pouring hot liquids into cold crystal glass, or very cold liquids into warm crystal glass. For crystals with colour coating, avoid having the surface come into contact with bleach materials or solvents as they can compromise the painted surface. Sharp or rough implements may scratch or damage the colour coating or surface finishing such as scissors, knives, and etc. When handling your crystal, it is advisable to wear cotton gloves to avoid leaving fingerprints.

5 Series Standard Grade Crystals are our entry level crystals offered at competitive prices. Occasionally, they may contain very minor blemishes or very tiny bubbles which is so subtle that they are not noticeable to the untrained eye. They offer a friendlier budget to our customers with the same quality workmanship. They are clear and almost flawless!
