Q) What is Color UV Print, and how do you charge for this Service?

A) Color UV Print is colored printing in CMYK color coding, creating colorful enjoyable visual effects.

• Color UV Print with Unlimited Texts – $60/surface
• Color UV Print with 1 Clip-art Image (Vector/Logo) – $20/surface
• Color UV Print with 1 Photographic Image – $60/surface

Q) What is the difference between Clip-art Images & Photographic Images?

A) Clip-art image refers to vectors & logos. A photographic Image refers to a Photograph.

• Artwork Designing Service  – $80-$120/one time (If necessary), depending on the complexity of your artwork design. Up to 3 artwork design revisions until your final artwork approval. Any major changes/delay (i.e. Change in concept, subject matter, additional subject matter ) will result in additional costs and later order completion. 
• We will only process your order with your final approved artwork.

Provide us with your artwork’s Original Vector File (outline) in the format of either AI/EPS/PDF, provide a high-resolution photo with a DPI/PPI of 300 or higher for quality Color UV Photo Printing Services.

Q) What is a Vector File?

A) Vector files are images based on geometric modelling so, in contrast to bitmap, this type of image presents a set of points, curves, lines, and shapes on a grid. It allows users to scale it to any needed size with “resolution independence” without the loss of quality, ensuring that your Printing is always precise and clear.

Q) I have a broken crystal item that requires repair work.

A) Check with our team if your Crystal item is salvageable with crystal workmanship.  WhatsApp +(65) 8688 8338 / Email: sales@gardenhome.biz, reference photos of damaged areas that need repair. We will advise on the workmanship required.

• Adhesive UV Ray Glue Workmanship – $60/surface
• Buff & Shine Workmanship – $80/surface
• Heat Detach Workmanship- $80/surface
• Grind & Polish Workmanship – $120/surface

Q) What is Color Plating, and how do you charge for this workmanship?

A) It is a plating workmanship that is done on the base of the Clear Crystal product. It reflects the color of the plating from beneath the crystal for an overall distinctive visual from all angles.

[ Bespoke Service Price List | Overseas & Local In-House ] 

Q) I have a specific crystal design and packaging that I would like to have bespoke for my event.

A) Email us at sales@gardenhome.biz  to discuss your Bespoke Crystal Project now!

Kindly note the production lead time for bespoke orders is generally longer (8-12 weeks) & costs 1.5-3 times more depending on the complexity of your Crystal Design and packaging. We offer 2D and 3D Internal lasering services and hot stamping services for bespoke orders as well!

• Bespoke Service Fee – $120/one time (mandatory)
• Artwork Designing Service – $120-$380/one time (If necessary), depending on the complexity of your bespoke item and artwork design. Up to 3 artwork revisions. Any major changes (i.e., Change in concept, subject matter, or additional subject matter) will result in extra costs.
• 3D Modelling Service  – $380/one time (If necessary) Up to 3 design revisions. Any major changes (i.e., Change in concept, subject matter, or additional subject matter) will result in additional costs.
• Convenience Fee – Will be charged accordingly (If necessary)
• Bespoke Express Shipping Fee – Will be charged accordingly (If necessary)
• Bespoke Express Production Service – Will be charged accordingly (If necessary)
