Q) How do I place my Order Online?
A) For orders that do not require Engraving/Printing services, kindly find steps below:
1. Simply head to our Shop and Select your Item and Click on ‘ADD TO CART‘
- Click on ‘VIEW CART’ to view your Shopping Cart Page.
- Click on ‘PROCEED TO CHECK OUT‘ to Check Out Page and fill up your necessary order details and select shipping option.
- Select Payment Option and Click on ‘PLACE ORDER‘ and your order is Complete. Invoice will be automatically sent to the email address provided. * Note that your order will not be processed until the funds have cleared in our account.
A) For orders that requires Engraving/Printing services, kindly find steps below:
1. Simply head to our Shop and Select your Item and Click on ‘START DESIGN’ to come to below Product Designer Page.
2. Proceed to select correct ‘Type of printing’, ‘Type of service’ and’ Type of Plating’ if any*, at the dropdown bar on the Right column. *Note to select the correct ‘Product Options’ on the right column. If the wrong option is selected, we will not process your order until further action.
3. Proceed to personalize your Item with ‘Add Text‘ and ‘Upload Image‘ buttons on the Left column. *Note your Engraving/Printing service will be as per your personalized artwork design provided.
4. Click on ‘BUY NOW‘ and your personalized item will be automatically added to your ‘SHOPPING CART‘
Repeat Step 1 – Step 4 for other designs, if any*
For bulk orders, If you have the same artwork design for different awardees. You may simply proceed to adjust the Quantity, and email your confirmed name list to production@gardenhome.biz together with your Order ID*, after your order has been processed.

Q) What is the Production lead time for Engraving/Printing Services?
A) The lead time varies on your Quantity, Type of Printing & Type of Service required.
Engraving Services have a shorter lead time compared to Printing Services. Kindly find the information below :
Garden Home Crystal takes pride in providing quality crystals and workmanship to our customers. All crystals go through a final ‘bathe and shine’ procedure before we ship out our products. All engraving services are done on the crystal surface itself which requires 2 precise settings and care to ensure perfection. All printing services also go through 4 different coatings which requires time and care to ensure your printing lasts a long time on your Crystal Gift.
- [ STANDARD Service] External Engraving orders placed from Monday to Friday by 1:00 PM SGT, will be processed and shipped within (7 business days).
- [ STANDARD Service] Color UV Printing orders placed from Monday to Friday by 1:00 PM SGT, will be processed and shipped within (14 business days).
- [ EXPRESS Service + $30/pc ] External Engraving orders placed from Monday to Friday by 1:00 PM SGT, will be processed and shipped within (3 business days).
- [ EXPRESS Service + $30/pc ] Color UV Printing orders placed from Monday to Friday by 1:00 PM SGT, will be processed and shipped within (7 business days).
Q) What is the Shipping lead time for my Order?
A) The lead time depends on your option selected upon checkout.
- [ Free SG COLLECTION ] is only available Monday to Fridays between 10:00 am – 5:00 pm, except public holidays. Provide your Order ID* copy for a hassle-free collection. Option to indicate your preferred collection date and time is available upon Checkout Page. Note that it is not a guaranteed date and time for ‘SG Collection‘, however, we will do our best to arrange it. If your selection is not feasible, our Customer Support will contact you directly on revised collection date and time.
- [ STANDARD Shipping (Free above SGD 99 ) or + $15/trip] of (Delivery 3 to 7 business days) is only available Monday to Fridays between 10:00 am – 5:00 pm, except public holidays. Option to indicate your preferred delivery date and time is available upon Checkout Page. Note that it is not a guaranteed date and time for ‘Standard Shipping‘, however, we will do our best to arrange it. If your selection is not feasible, our Customer Support will contact you directly on revised delivery date and time. Unfortunately, delivery is unavailable to P.O Box areas and RA zones including hotels.

Q) What is the difference between Clip-art Image & Photographic Image?
A) Clip-art image refers to logo and vector. Photographic Image refers to Photograph.
Vector graphics are based on geometric modeling so, in contrast to bitmap, this type of image presents a set of points, curves, lines, and shapes. It allows users to scale it to any needed size with “resolution independence” without the loss of quality, with a picture that is always clear and sharp.

Q) What is Color Plating?
A) It is a plating workmanship that is done on the base of the Clear Crystal product. It reflects the color of the plating from beneath the crystal for a distinctive visual and feel. Kindly find below image for reference.

A) $30 per workmanship.

Color UV Printing of logos and vectors, we advise to take reasonable steps to obtain the original vector file (outline) together with CMYK color codes and email it in a format of either AI/EPS/PDF to designer@gardenhome.biz together with your Order ID*, after your order has been processed.
Color UV Printing of Photographic Image, we advise taking reasonable steps to obtain a high-resolution graphic preferably with a minimum of 300 DPI and trimming out the unnecessary background. And email it in a format of either AI/EPS/PDF to designer@gardenhome.biz together with your Order ID*, after your order has been processed.
